Dynamic Faith Church was established under the anointed leadership of the late great, Bishop Grisby Baker, Jr. and First Lady Melvia Baker. Bishop and First Lady Sumuel served faithfully under their leadership for over 20 years. During their tenure as faithful stewards, God blessed them to receive the mantle of faith and dunamis power to believe God for the impossible.

In 2004, Bishop and First Lady became the stewards of Dynamic Faith Houston. Bishop Baker then went on to Pastor Peaceful Rest Church of Dallas, Texas, until his passing in 2008. Bishop Sumuel began faithfully pastoring, Peaceful Rest, which later became Vision of Faith Church Dallas for nine consecutive years.

Dynamic Faith Church has been honored with the privilege of witnessing mighty miracles, signs, and wonders. For nine years Bishop and First Lady held service in Houston, while also traveling to Dallas each week. Bishop Anthony Sumuel has been anointed and appointed for such a time as this, where true healing and deliverance is needed in the land.

First Lady Pamela Sumuel has proven to be a first lady like no others, her spirit of excellence, coupled with her anointed poise, makes her a powerful woman of God. Together they are a spiritual force that is not afraid to snatch God's people out of the enemy's grip.
